Michael Parton

Director

Michael Parton is the managing director of Property Services Unlimited, PSU and Property Services Unlimited Bay of Plenty Limited.
Michael commenced his career in the Cleaning Supply industry from 1988 until 2000 as Branch Manager, for National Distributors and eventually Business owner in 1994.
He progressed in his career to gain qualifications in, NZQA Level 2 and 3 Commercial cleaning, Hard Floor Maintenance, Water Restoration, Mould Remediation and Fire Restoration. Michael has attained his NZQA Assessor qualifications.
In 2002 Michael purchased Property Services Unlimited, which was a small local commercial cleaning business, based in Hamilton.
Over the last 16 years, Michael Parton has developed Property Services Unlimited (PSU) into a successful enterprise, which is made up of 3 successful divisions; PSU Professional Commercial Cleaning, PSU Restoration and Remediation , PSU Franchise.
With over 200 local and international clients, PSU have become leaders in commercial cleaning, restoration and remediation services.
Michael has developed a culture of excellence in training and management throughout the company. He sits on local and international committees such as CCANZ and RIA. These committees provide a framework for industry standards, while creating excellent training opportunities for workers throughout New Zealand.
Michael will be launching PSU commercial cleaning based Bay of Plenty in November 2018.
In conjunction with PSU business development, Michael is a director of NZRS, New Zealand Restoration Services. Launched in 2016, NZRS is a specialist Restoration Company that provides qualified services in Asbestos, Methamphetamine and Mould removal nationwide.
For rest and relaxation you will find Michael on his boat in some of the top fishing spots in NZ.

Shabina Khan

Company Accountant

Shabina joined Property Services Unlimited in July 2017 starting as part time finance and administrator and elevated to Finance Manager role in no time. Shabina is now our Company Accountant and manages all the functions of accounts and taxation. She is also responsible to manage the financial statements and all taxation matters of our franchise businesses. She is your first point of contact for any accounts and payroll queries.

Shabina is a member of CAANZ and studying towards her full CAANZ membership. She studied PG Dip in Accountancy – Waikato University in 2017 and she is also a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Working with a global private bank at managerial level for a decade she has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in financings, banking and accounting. Shabina is a very inquisitive learner, which is why she is currently studying NZ Taxation while perfectly juggling her work and passion to learn

Jo-Anne Morrow

Health & Safety Manager

With an impeccable addition to our team, Jo brings in over 5 years of experience in managing and implementing health and safety measures. Her compassion towards people was the reason for her to join the industry and our reason too, to make her part of our team. While she is trained and certified by NZQA in Health and Safety, she is also a registered NZQA assessor.

While Michael’s impressive background in Dairy Farming has given him the experience in New Zealand’s most dominant export market. This lead his move into the fastest growing marketing in New Zealand, the Cleaning Industry. Michael has worked in the cleaning industry since 1988 and pioneers development and growth within the Industry through associations such as Building Services Contractors of New Zealand, CCANZ and IICRC and other industry leading associations.

Michael has forged his company Property Services Unlimited into performing a turnover of over $1,800,000 with his established team of professionals, Property Services Unlimited is on track to deliver even greater results for 2016.

Property Services Unlimited is not just a company that delivers results, it is a group of professionals providing the best commercial cleaning services throughout the Waikato.

Also NZQA Assessor for the below qualifications. His was educated in Pukekohe and attended secondary school at St Kentigern College. Prior to 1986 was Dairy Farming in South Auckland, King Country and the Waikato. Involved in the Cleaning Supply industry from 1988 until 2000 as Branch Manager for National Distributors and eventually Business Owner in 1994. October 2002 he purchased Property Services Unlimited developing it into a medium sized locally owned and operated business.
